Refund Policy
Because our products are custom-made, we do not accept returns once artwork or printing has begun. But we always want you to be happy.
Custom Items (Pet Portraits, Printed Products)
- All custom orders are final sale.
- You will receive a proof of your portrait before printing.
- You may request adjustments during the approval stage.
- If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost.
Non-Custom Items
Non-custom items (if offered) may be eligible for returns within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged / Lost Orders
If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, we will replace it or issue store credit.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only if your portrait has not yet been started. Once an artist begins work, the order becomes final sale.
