4. Custom Artwork
For custom pet portraits, you agree that:
Puppur retains all intellectual property and copyright ownership of the artwork we create.
You receive a personal-use license only. Commercial use, resale, or redistribution is not permitted.
- You own or have rights to the photos submitted.
- You grant Puppur permission to create custom artwork from your submitted photos.
- Minor revisions are included, but major changes may incur additional fees.
5. Pricing & Payments
Prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time.
Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers. Puppur does not store full credit card information.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or unforeseen events.
Once an order is shipped, Puppur is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by carriers
- Lost or stolen packages
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Because our custom products are made-to-order, they are non-refundable except in cases of:
